These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by It's by Tiff. By booking a service or engaging with me professionally, you agree to the following terms.

Services

It's by Tiff provides copywriting, brand voice development, social media content, website copy, and related creative services as outlined on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

All projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered. For monthly retainer arrangements, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. I reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All work created by It's by Tiff remains my intellectual property until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client. I reserve the right to feature completed work in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your project agreement. A revision is defined as reasonable edits within the original agreed scope. Requests that represent a significant change in direction, scope, or concept may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you before any additional work begins.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information needed to complete your project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or unresponsiveness may affect your project timeline. If a project is stalled for more than 30 days due to client non-response, it may be considered abandoned and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed beyond the deposit value, you may be invoiced for the additional work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Accuracy of Content

You are responsible for reviewing all delivered copy for factual accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability for your business before publishing. It's by Tiff is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from published content.

Limitation of Liability

It's by Tiff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. My total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
